CELSPORT

CelSport is a Windows workbench for the creation, scheduling, publishing and maintenance of sport’s draws.

CelSport creates your Draws week by week, schedules the games to suitable courts or fields and times according to your instructions, and allows you to publish your draws on paper, on the Internet, or in newspapers. Simple on screen formatting allows you to organise the reports as you want them.

Manipulation of the games is simple. The Games are displayed on the screen and you can use your mouse to move them to where you want them. There is full checking for clashes so that games cannot be put on top of others. Umpires are simply dragged across the screen and dropped onto the Games.

Although CelSport was originally developed for Netball, it has been used by rugby, hockey and other sports.

CelSport runs on Pentium computers with Windows 98 or later and is easily loaded from a CD.

CelSport creates Sport's Draws, takes results and prints these and the resulting Statistics.
The reports may be displayed and printed in many formats
- in Grade order
- in Venue order
- in Time order
- in Date order
and as a report, or exported in text or HTML format.

The layout of each of these reports is determined by the user - the data displayed and where it is placed on the screen.

All reports use a Report viewer to display the report before printing it.
The Report Viewer allows you to move through the pages, search for particular information, print the report,
and to export the report to a file or another program in any of a wide variety of formats.

The special report formatter shown below, allows you to drag and drop the fields onto the report line,
alter their length, and specify the alignment of each field.

CelSport depends upon a set of tables containing the information about Draw Dates, Grades, Clubs, Teams, Venues and
Game Times to create the draws. Each Grade can specify the type of Round Robin draw from any of 6 types including
seeded, unseeded, and Home and Away. Examples of three of these Tables are shown below.

Once the draws have been created, pre-allocated games entered, the rest of the draw is then scheduled automatically.

The Game Scheduler assigns courts/grounds and times for each game working week by week.

Once scheduled, umpires/referees can be added and any changes made. This can either be done using a Table editor,
or by using the Draw Manipulator which allows you to drag and drop games and umpires/referees to wherever you
want them. Full cross checking is done.

Once correct, the draw can be published as shown above, printed onto labels for game cards, or saved onto disc
or a website from the data report. .

After the games have been played results are entered and may be published as a report, or exported to a file or Website.

Points may be given to each Grade individually according to the Points Table.

This allows corrections to be made to old draws at any time.

As well, CelSport includes a name and Address database.

Label printing in CelSport provides many options. (Labels may be printed not only from the Name and Address database,
but also from the Clubs Table and the weekly Game Labels.)

Facilities are included for using not only Inkjet and Laser printers, but also tractor feed printers.

These screens can only show a few of the many facilities of CelSport.
CelSport is available for a trial period if required.
